WELCOME ALL DEAR GUESTS TO THE VIVA VELENCE APARTMENT!

The most important information summarized for an undisturbed stay in our apartment:

  1. The accommodation can be booked from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10:00 a.m. The watches expire after 10:00, the apartment and the hotel corridor door are not opened.

  2. If the room is not handed over by 10:00 in the morning, we will charge a surcharge. In case of premature departure of the booked date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded. 

  3. The guest can request the appearance of the host upon arrival and departure. You must notify the accommodation provider of your request 2 days before the day of arrival/departure on the mobile phone number below.

  4. All guests are obliged to follow the house rules of the apartment building and the hotel, which can be found in the ground floor corridor and at the hotel reception.

  5. Please wear the wristwatches entitling you to stay in the hotel throughout the hotel.

  6. The accommodation provider has the right to check - without prior notice - whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation has been announced or paid for in advance.

  7. The apartment and the hotel's services can only be used by guests who have signed in at the reception desk with an ID and registered with the accommodation provider.

  8. In the event of possible loss of the provided identification watches, the guests are obliged to report this immediately and to reimburse the price to the accommodation provider.

  9. The host is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.

  10. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by their improper use, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the host and they must leave the apartment immediately!

  11. If any problems with the apartment or room arise during your stay, please notify the host immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints!

  12. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! Smoking is permitted in the hotel's designated area! 

  13. Pets are not allowed in the apartment without permission!

  14. It is forbidden to rearrange the equipment in the apartment or room!

  15. The apartment is handed over to the guests clean, we do not perform any cleaning during their stay. When leaving, they must leave the accommodation in the same condition as when they arrived: do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, empty and switch off the refrigerator, put furniture back in their place.

  16. The hotel staff empty their trash daily, provide toilet paper and change towels on Wednesdays and towels and bed linen on Saturdays.  

  17. We cannot take responsibility for their personal belongings and valuables, if they are left at the accommodation. Please place your valuables in a safe. If you leave the apartment, close the door and windows! Be sure to turn off the lights, electrical appliances, including the air conditioner, and turn off the taps.

  18. In the event of a fire, you will find a fire extinguisher in the stairwell, start the rescue immediately and call the fire brigade at 105 and then the host! Follow the escape route posted on the door.

  19. Meals: The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. Please take care of cleanliness! Do not put metal containers in the microwave oven! Please return plates and cutlery brought from the restaurant to the restaurant.
